Lake Marie is a beautiful, private, man-made lake in Ohio. The owner was contemplating sub-dividing the many acres surrounding the lake and creating a private lake community. We were contacted to compile information from multiple sources to create a base map in AutoCAD. Then, we took the base map into Photoshop and created this lovely color rendering showing the lots surrounding the lake. The property owner is confident that if and when he decides to sell the properties, this rendering will surely help!
Little Mulberry Park- Disc Golf Course
We were contacted to design a new Disc Golf course for Gwinnett County in the Spring of 2012. We were excited for the opportunity and took the job. We spent the majority of the summer bush-whacking through the woods while “finding” 18 holes for the new course. The result is a layout that will challenge the regions best players. Along with the top notch amenities, we are confident that this course will be a favorite for years to come.
