For the Welsh Residence, we were challenged with creating a landscape design surrounding a pool in a small back yard area. The homeowners wanted privacy for their pool, along with tropical accents and many different perennial flowers. We installed stepping stones surrounding the pool area and created planting beds along the side fences and beside the separated garage. We used Canna Lilies and Yuccas in the beds adjacent to the pool to create a tropical feel. For privacy, we planted 6 Chinese Elm Trees and Tea Olives for a sweet smelling privacy hedge. The end result was a beautiful backyard oasis! The neighbors even called and had us do their back yard one year later!
